COVID-19 updates FOR OUR SYDNEY SHOWROOM

Dear brides,
The wait is almost over! Blanche Bridal is taking consultation and fitting bookings from 11th October 2021 (subject to change if required by the government). Our designer and bridal consultants are all fully vaccinated and can’t wait to welcome you back!
In line with government guidelines, we’re only taking appointments for fully vaccinated brides at this stage. We kindly ask all brides and guests to present their COVID-19 vaccination certificates at your appointments, and we’ll continue to practise COVID Safe procedures to keep everyone safe.

Dear brides,
We hope you’re continuing to stay safe with your families during this challenging period.
For Australian brides:
Our Sydney showroom will remain close until restrictions are lifted but our manufacturing is unaffected. We’re hoping to accept private appointments but this depends on government guidelines. Please get in touch with us if you have any concerns at all.
For our current brides, we apologize for having to cancel your fitting appointments. All July to September fittings are currently postponed until we can reopen again. If your wedding is going ahead in the period of October to December 2021, please contact us immediately.
For new brides whose wedding is less than 6 months away, we suggest booking a Zoom consultation with us so that we have enough time to process your order. We’re made to measure specialists and can confidently guide you through the ordering process.
For international brides:
We’re accepting Zoom consultations as per normal. Please make sure that you select the right time zone for your country.

Dear brides,
A lockdown extension of four weeks was announced today. In response, our Sydney showroom will stay closed until 28th August 2021 or until further notice.
Current orders remain unaffected as we’re still manufacturing through the lockdown period. We’ll still be available online and for Zoom consultations on weekdays.

The Greater Sydney COVID lockdown has been extended until the 16th July 2021 and our Sydney showroom will remain close until then. Our manufacturing is unaffected and all current orders are on track to be delivered on time. We’ll still be available online and for Zoom consultations on weekdays.

Dear brides,
Due to the Greater Sydney COVID lockdown that was announced earlier today, we will temporarily close our shop from today until the 9th July 2021 (if new announcements/easements will be announced until then, we will inform you).
We will get in touch with those of you who have booked appointments/fittings and reschedule you, or you're welcome to reschedule your appointment online yourself in your appointment email.
Our workshop will continue gown production, which means all orders are on track and will be delivered in a timely manner.

Dear brides,
We hope you are staying safe and well with your family and loved ones！
As of today, the metropolitan area in Sydney has been placed under new restrictions by the NSW government from 26 June 2021 until 02 July 2021 to stop the spread of COVID-19.
From the current update, you may attend your appointment if you do not live / work in the listed LGAs of Woollahra, Waverley, Randwick and the City of Sydney but this is subject to change as new information is released. If you live in these areas, please cancel or re-schedule your appointment to a later date.
While attending your appointment, all visitors must adhere to these COVID safe rules:
Wear a face mask.
Sanitise your hands upon entry.
Check in with COVID-19 Safe QR code.
Maintain social distancing.
Limit your guest to 2 per bride.
Reschedule if you’re feeling unwell.
Sanitise your hands again after necessary contact with others or surfaces.

Happy 2021 from the Blanche Bridal team! We hope you all had an enjoyable and safe holidays during the festive season!
For our interstate and international brides, our production line and delivery services remain relatively unaffected by COVID-19 so brides can order online confidently.
However, as local brides may know, there are concerns that the COVID-19 cluster in Greater Sydney will continue to grow. On 2 January 2021, the NSW government has imposed restrictions for retail businesses. If you have set a consultation or fitting appointment with us in coming days, please note that all visitors to Blanche Bridal must adhere to the following rules:

Avoid physical contact with our staff.
Maintain social distancing.
Limit your guest to 2 per bride.
Reschedule if you’re feeling unwell or travelling from a restricted zone.
Sanitise your hands again after necessary contact with others or surfaces.
