Shipping Policy

PRODUCTION TIMES

Our made-to-order dresses are made from scratch and may take 8-10 months to complete.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use Auspost for domestic delivery and standard delivery may take up to a week.  Regional and rural areas may take longer to receive their deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use standard DHL Express for international deliveries and your parcel may take up to 7 days or more. The shipping fee depends on the weight and size of the item being sent, as well as the destination of the shipment.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been sent, we will send you a tracking number to keep track of your delivery. Please send an email to info@blanchebridal.com with your order number and full name if you require more information.

DUTIES & TAXES

Tax and duty may be levied on your parcel by your local customs authority. This is not included in the price of your order and remains your responsibility to pay if imposed.   

RISK OF LOSS 

Our gowns are delivered by a third-party courier service not affiliated with Blanche Bridal. Once the delivery is handed to the courier service, the title of the merchandise and risk of loss passes on to the customer. For peace of mind, we recommend getting the parcel fully insured to mitigate any losses.
