ONLINE ORDERS
Due to popular demand from socials, we’re now accepting online orders from our interstate and international brides! We’re currently in the process of setting up our online shop to offer our designs to our brides but in the meantime, you can still order directly from us!
Here’s how our personalized process works for online orders.
OUR PROCESS
Once you’ve found your dream gown on our website or socials, please get in touch with us via email (info@blanchebridal.com) or Instagram messaging (@blanchebridal).
After chatting with you, our bridal stylists will set up an online consultation with Zoom to show you the dress in full detail and discuss any customization requirements you may have, as well as the pricing. We offer Zoom consultations for AU$50 per appointment.
If you’re happy with the gown and would like to proceed with the purchase, we’ll send you an online invoice which you can pay for with PayPal, TransferWise, or major credit cards. PayPal is our preferred payment method as it is the most secure and reliable channel. We require full payments for online orders as this will help us streamline the gown construction and delivery process without delays.
When full payment is received, we’ll start working on your order! It generally takes 8-10 months to fulfill orders so we advise placing an order 10-12 months in advance of your wedding. We always aim to get your gown delivered 2 months before your wedding so that you have enough time to perform alterations. If you have less than 6 months until your wedding, we can put in a rush order for a fee of AU$400.
Once you receive your made-to-order gown, please try it on without make-up, lotions, or fake tan. Your gown may fit you perfectly, or you may need alterations at a local seamstress to achieve the perfect fit. Generally, if there aren’t any major weight changes, you’d only need to get minor alterations done like side seams tightening or hem shortening. The best thing to do is to try to maintain your weight after placing your order.

MADE TO ORDER GOWNS
Our made-to-order gowns are so slight variations from the original design may occur. While your gown may not be 100% identical to the sample gown, we always make sure your order will be as closely matched as possible. We’ll show you the full details of the gown through the Zoom consultation and also send you high-resolution photos of your dream gown.
MEASUREMENTS
In order to construct your made-to-order gown, we need your measurements. You may measure yourself with the help of a family or friend, although we recommend getting measured by a professional seamstress. The measurements we need depend on the style of wedding dress you order, and we can advise you which measurements you need.
DOMESTIC DELIVERIES
We usually use Auspost for domestic deliveries within Australia. Prices depend on the location and merchandise. Please expect 5 days for deliveries to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For international deliveries, we use DHL Express which generally takes 1 week to arrive in most countries. The cost will depend on the weight of your parcel. To make sure you receive your delivery without delays, you should always check with your local customs authority to find out more about any tax that may be levied based on the price of your purchase. In such cases, your parcel will be released upon payment of tax.
CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS
As your made-to-order gown is custom-made individually for you, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer refunds/exchanges after the order is placed. We urge our brides to be absolutely certain about their orders before proceeding with your order and besides, we have created dream gowns for hundreds of brides!
